Abstract for regular conference papers (20 mins talk plus 10 min. discussion) are invited on theoretical and applied topics in Construction Grammar approaches to language.

An author can submit maximally one single-authored abstract and one co-authored abstract.

Guidelines for abstract writing

The length of each abstract should not exceed 500 words, not including references. Abstracts for a poster should not exceed 400 words, not including references.

To maximize your chance of being accepted, we strongly invite you to include all the items from the following checklist:

  1. background information + quick review of previous works
  2. your goal and significance of study
  3. your contribution and its originality
  4. a presentation of your case study and your methodology (especially if your contribution is empirical)
  5. a snapshot of the results
  6. a discussion and a conclusion

Because your abstract will be submitted to double-blind peer review, it must exclude all references to the author(s).

Submitting your abstract

You must submit your abstract via the "submit" module (see left column). First you will need to create an account on sciencesconf.org, if you do not already have one, then click on "submit" then "submit an abstract". If you need help, let us know via the contact form.

Abstracts sent to the organizers by email will not be reviewed.
